Research work at Microsoft Asia’s Usability Testing Laboratory

  • Conducted usability testing and study for Microsoft (China) R&D Centre’s most important Chinese Input Method Editor (IME) – MSPY. Collaborated with engineers and program managers in Chinese Technology Group (CTG) to design testing requirements and to deliver test analysis
  • Received high regards by management of Microsoft (China) R&D Centre as our product gained more than 20% in market share
  • Managed the usability study project for Microsoft (China) R&D Centre’s new product English Writing Wizard (EWW) – an English writing assistant system aimed to help non-English speaking user write fluent English articles.

  • Design the “AfriNET Entre Tous” system which use a PDA like Device based on GPS to help build a business community in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
  • “Meetup” a conceptual design based on cell phone to help the user to meet friends around and locating the surrounding services.
