- Conducted usability testing and study for Microsoft (China) R&D Centre’s most important Chinese Input Method Editor (IME) – MSPY. Collaborated with engineers and program managers in Chinese Technology Group (CTG) to design testing requirements and to deliver test analysis

- Managed the usability study project for Microsoft (China) R&D Centre’s new product English Writing Wizard (EWW) – an English writing assistant system aimed to help non-English speaking user write fluent English articles.
